Maybe the brain is not as complex as we all believe it to be, this whole "ain't humanity great" line. I would tend towards believing/feeling that what pulls you to the top of all those mountains is located well outside the 'swirling mass of contradictory shite' and is mysterious, something that we will never 'understand', no matter what we prove or disprove.
