The thing I've got is a rectangle of turned over small flat stones about eight metres by six with a circle of low heather about a metre across in the middle. The site is so exposed there has been little peat formation. It looks quite like the head on the Uffington horse but there are no other discernible parts. I'll get back to it next year and, until then, will try and obtain some aerial imagery from County Hall.
