Didn't they do a big geophys thing on the long man ,in the very early days of geophys, where they found that he looked as if someone had erased a thing that was draped over his non-club-weilding arm.

I think they suggested some Hercules type figure link. I would date him (but not al of him) rather older.

Did this happen or am I just imagining it?
