Saw a picture of Avebury in a Reader's Digest 'Strange Tales, Unexplained Stuff And Unknown Places' type book, was intruiged, and visited Avebury the first chance I got, (my first decent motor I trusted to get us there!).
About 1990. When I realised it was where they filmed the 'Children Of The Stones' TV show, I was hooked.
