A great History teacher at Secondary School who had a knack of bringing a potentially boring lesson to life by leading field trips onto the local 'wild moors of Lancashire'.

This was followed by a dip into the ‘alternatives’ leylines etc back in the 70’s.

Now a little older and hopefully wiser after various courses at night school, I can appreciate the sites with a more knowledgeable eye and indulge my other interests of walking, drawing and photography.
