As per, do you have any recommendations of papers, books etc dealing with dna analysis of prehistoric folk?

Because things are moving quickly books tend to be out of date by the time they are available . Having said that Jean Marco is due to have a book out in September 2013 which promises much as she knows the archaeology and the genetics . Papers are the best bet , although it must be said that since we can all access our own DNA , amateurs despite having no access to the science other than the results and no funding have produced the goods when it comes to discovering the intricacies of clades , sub clades etc in relation haplogroups , leaving the Oppenheimers and Sykes trailing .
A review of a recent paper in non too tech lingo that might be useful .
