And no I don't accept the "nighthawking runs rife where regulation is introduced" bogeyman stories.
We're proposing the Northern Ireland model. How much nighthawking goes on there?

Incidentally, since Kevmar is shy, perhaps you could let us know why YOU would oppose licensing?
