The Olympic committee is very concerned with performance enhancing drugs, these days. What they fail to realise (or maybe they realise it and just sweep it under the carpet) is that the athletes in the original Olympics, in ancient Greece, were all using magic mushrooms as a performance enhancing drug. This seems to back up what you're saying about the possibility of mushrooms helping in the moving of stones.
