Gawd! What was it?

Oh wait, I remember. Plan C:

1. Call your grandmother, and ask her why SHE cut the hock off the leg bone.
2. Be flabbergasted when she says, "I always had your grandfather cut it short because my old pot wasn't big enough for the whole joint."
3. Slap forehead.
