Sounds like I'm gonna find a way of putting what I think into words if I catch the programme...

Heartily agree that knowledge and belief are two seperate things.

Have you seen "Constantine"? John Constantine is destined to hell, for one reason or another (won't spoil it!) and meets the angel Gabriel, who says he needs to believe in God. He says he does believe, and Gabriel tells him that no - he KNOWS (cos he's MET God or something), which is different to believing. I liked that. I digress. That's not at all like me, is it? ;o) Entertaining film though.
