Not quite.

Caesar did mention one of the Gallic armies buiding a 15 mile circumference earthwork over night, using their swords. I doubt it was too great an exageration, I also boubt it was very high.

Stanwick is a similar feat, not recognised as being constructed in one phase, somewhere between AD50 and AD 70. I reckon a couple of years tops myself.
