And I know by my own experience that water dowsing down to (in my case) 120ft works as proven by the dowser who dowsed and drilled my bore hole and told me beforehand where it was and exactly how deep it would be.

Non dowsers have the same capability i.e. knowledge of the water table and local geology .
If there has never been a recorded triangular shaped stone at the site and the dowser finds one , I'll be impressed .


I'll be over the moon not just impressed!! :-). Unfortunately, if there is one, it will be lying prostrate under the turf no doubt although to be honest I've not had a proper visual search yet so I may get lucky without any help.
Would a non-dowser know that the 8ft wide 'stream' that runs underground through my garden existed even if he knew the water table for my area?



How do you know it's 8 feet wide and a further x feet away wouuldn't provide a similar result ? .It's not the width it's the depth missus .


I didn't but he did! What was I supposed to do call him a liar? The hole could have been drilled anywhere as far as I was concerned but 'the' place was much more difficult for him to move all his machinery into than elsewhere, so why choose it if it was more problematic in that position?
