'Taint elitist, it's democratic. A line between different interests has to be drawn. A rule that leaves the site as a blank canvas for everyone's experience is the only clear one.

Yes, it means "some" peoples rights are reduced and it just happens the elitists benefit in this instance but there are other occasions in society where the chavs trample on the interests of the elitists so it all works out fair.
