Now that is something I can understand and wonder if that kind of belief system was once shared by our hunter ancestors. oops ,I was going to say that some of the negative aspects of the big god style religion may have been found in Hg communities ,the shaman may be viewed as a bit of an outsider and idiot rather than a papmpered priest but sacrifice seems a possibility.
