I think in this case he is making the point that Radiohead are pretty much not his prime concern musically, i don't think there's much snobbery involved IMHO
I think musical snobbery is pretty much wasted on this site anyways as we are all pretty anal anyway and we all think our own tastes are far superior to everybody elses.
Anyway you can get away with murder as long as you put IMHO after it.

Radiohead are crap IMHO ;-) you of course may agree to differ
