Yeah we got it, and never trust Ceefax!;-))

Paid a grand total of £2 (first d/l we ever bought, and I grudged it coz I hate the idea of paying for thin air).

Anyway, it is a bit average, really quite average. Not much going on, I'd've liked something as tonal as Kid A or Amnesiac and I agree with Ian's U2 comparisons. Some Nick Drake type strings going on at times, and those are really the only interesting parts IMO.

What puzzles me is why the £40 box set is coming out BEFORE the general cd release. By that point no one will want it I'd imagine.

It's said they've sold 1.2m of them, so I imagine they've made a tidy amount out of it, seeing as there's no record company involved.
