By about halfway through the set when either the sound was finally sorted or my ears got used to it (or a bit of both) I started really enjoying it last night. Good selection of material,
Colm on amazing form especially on the more frantic numbers. Not as loud as the Roundhouse (I didn't worry my eardrums were about to burst during the "holocaust" section) but my ears are still ringing a tiny bit today. Kevin Shield pedal board was literally as big as a stretcher, very funny to see two roadies bringing it on. They've spent a bit on guitars haven't they? A new one for virtually every song.
Visuals worked well too on the whole.
