Don't get me wrong I thought Maiden live was absolutely stunning, I would recommend them to anyone, you don't need to like the music because everything else would make up for it, but it was as staged as any theatrical show or anything Lady Gaga/Madonna/Take That have put on, lots of dressing up[generally more manly dressing up as soldiers,beasts etc but still however you view it ,dressing up] lots of smoke n mirrors, many large objects rising,falling,twirling etc but IMHO with better tunes
I went because it was free but I'd happily pay to see them again and it reinforced my opinion that you can't really beat a good old singalong for a good time
