Yep - I remember watching that, thinking he was as stoned as I was when I saw it, and that it was really funny. I did go off him for a while when "My Nation Underground" came out, but as soon as he released "Skellington" I concluded that "MNG" was just a one-off aberration.
As it happens, I was wrong about that, as he's since (i.e. post-"Jehovahkill") released a slew of albums that have been mediocre or crap for all the wrong reasons, but I do really like "Black Sheep", and "Rome Wasn't Burned in a Day" ain't half bad either. Just wish he'd keep all his metal fantasies for Brain Donor without letting them permeate his own albums (much in the same way I wished Todd Rundgren had kept the prog-rock pomposity of Utopia segregated from his solo LPs).
