Julian Cope presents Head Heritage

I liked Teardrop Exps well enough but it was his books that got me. Particularly Head on/Reloaded, which I've read cover to cover several times. I tend to dip into it & re-read little bits that I've remembered now. He's got a huge ego, as you'd expect from a singer, but there's something very different about his outlook compared to other rock autobiogs. He writes with heart-on-sleeve honesty, maybe even naivety, that is uncommon & totally endearing.
