You would have to ask the man himself for a definitive answer. But I take him to have a problem primarily with monotheism and its misogamy..... an old order trying to maintain power through misology.

Trouble is, thanks to the likes of Cope and Dawkins, people are now finally asking questions en masse that theologians cannot answer. Of course they can't when their instruction manuals were cobbled together millennia ago and were supposed to be definitive, to contain all the knowledge there ever has existed or will exist?
