Really? I would have thought its rather useful to compare the two situations. After all, in the house "courtesy prevents you and from the cultural conditioning you received from birth you know that would be anti-social and likely to annoy you friends so you refrain from doing it." Are you saying that the courtesy and cultural conditioning that inhibits people from acting in a way that annoys their friends at houses is somehow not just as potent and just as important when it comes to their duty towards subsequent visitors (co-stakeholders) at ancient sites? And that the situation is not only not the same but "massively different" How? Please explain this massive difference in what people owe to one another.
