If it was put to the vote it would come out "no littering in a public place thankyou" and no amount of looking in the dictionary would change it.


Tonbridge and Malling council made a big deal about roadside flowers for deceased pedestrians, claiming it was unsightly, messy, smelly, and non-perishable. The same rule should apply, with a little commonsense.
