Amazing thread. Some people here are rather bright methinks.

Anyway, two brief thoughts:

If Steve, Einstein and there ilk are right, there is a universe containing almost limitless possibilities, so the more right they are the more likely there is something other-dimesional in it, be it God, evil lizards or whatever. Ironic, innit, that it should be the likes of them that offer Mike his shred of scientific respectability ;) But it IS only a shred. They offer a possibility only. "Proof" still remains confined to personal experience. Good proof personally, but no proof at all when it comes to reporting it to others.

Wot is this "mind" wot you speak of? Is there something there that is beyond what could be analysed and predicted in terms of electrical and chemical reactions, once we understand them?
