What the f***s the Tan Hill donkey? Zounds interestin' whatever it is :-)

For anyone down this neck of the Wiltshire woods during the summer you'd do worse than to spend a whole day there. Park up at the Barge Inn at Honey Street and then walk back towards Alton Barnes church, then across the fields to Alton Priors church and then up Tan Hill. Then back to the Barge for a pint and summat to eat. Know Ishmael doesn't like the Barge very much but it's well placed, has folksy-type festivals in the summer and camping facilities as well - some other good pubs close by that do good food in nice surroundings. Ahh... roll on summer :-)
