I thought PT2 was naff when Clive & Mike trashed Gerald Hawkins' and dismissed his findings as a coincidence.
They then went on to demonstrate how accurate it was for sunrise/set at solstice and moonstandstill but used a light. They had the chance to film the real thing!

In Pt 1 the stonerowing would have been more impressive if they started us rowing at the begining of the day and check every now and then to see how far the stone had travelled.
At the end of the day it would have covered an impressive distance.
Rowing it back and forward for the camera was a waste of time.
Altho the foamhenge had a few of Pitts' nutty ideas (3 slaughter stones standing, blue stone blocking the big trilathon and nowhere for the alter stone....)
