I've never said a word Steve, I think you must be thinking of somone else. I was one of the first to sign up for stone shifting (& I think Nigel will back me up on all this). I only dropped out of the conversation when it got beyond my mechanical knowledge.

For me, I've never cared how many threads there are or what length, esp on this subject.

I think it was me that suggested Nigel start 'thread 2' with the summary to bring people up to speed. Only at some point inthread 3 did I stop avidly reading each word. I eagerly await the date & sincerely hope that commitments allow me to take part!
