Seeing so many engravings at the recent Ice Age Exhibition left me spoilt for choice, two things though the engraved swimming reindeers carved from a mammoth tusk....

and the head of a muskox carved from a rock, its heavy brow part of the rock with an exquisite carved horn on the side the other horn had been lost.

Then of course the horses cave painting from Chauvet Caves but then what about the lions, rhinos and bears, there is just no choosing ;)
