theres a modern sculpture near the film house on Lothian road in Edinburgh- (by the big tv screen which im told will show games in the world cup) depicting the giant neolithic balls (from aberdeenshire) the originals can be found in the National museum on chambers street (in the dark basement of the museum, which is designed to show the rise of Scottish man and woman from the basement- neolithic era- to the top floor- IT era)...not that i think this is a very good way of presenting things. There are some great paulozzi sculptures holding grave goods in glass cases- (if your in town)
i digress
