How funny that you believe the lost Cropredy circle is under the cricket pitch. I have it from a very reliable source, that one of the original stones from the Devil's Quoits in Stanton Harcourt (next to where we live) is buried under the village cricket pitch, too. Howzat!?

I would be interested in having a look at the site, Kevin, but we really mustn't do any digging. That must be left to the archaeos! Does your dowsing give any clues as to the size of the circle and how many stones there were?
