You had dozens and dozens of awesome multi-band gigs and festivals, over here in Southern California, none of those UK Bands ever teamed up for tours, I saw all of these guys on separate billings: Madness, Ultravox, the Jam, New Order, Peter Murphy, Sisters of Mercy, Talk Talk, Duran Duran, Stray Cats, Modern English, Thompson Twins, Mighty Lemondrops, Haircut 100, Clash, Specimen, Theatre of Hate, Lords of the New Church, Chameleons, The Cure, the Cult, Depeche Mode, OMD, Echo & the Bunnymen, The The, English Beat, Flock of Seagulls, Human League, Psychedelic Furs, The Alarm, Budgie, Brian Ferry, Simple Minds, Rory Gallagher, Status Quo, Yes, Slade, Ten Years After, Black Sabbath, Wishbone Ash, Camel, U2, Thin Lizzy etc...

Ok, as for standout concerts I attended, I will go with:
1973 Hawkwind Space Ritual
1974: Status Quo (Hello) & Rory Gallagher (Irish Tour)
1974: Wishbone Ash & Camel & Kiss
1975: Thin Lizzy (Fighting) & Journey (1st Lp)
1977: Tangerine Dream (Stratosphere/Encore)
1978: Far East Family Band (Tenkujin)
1986: Chameleons & Mighty Lemondrops
2004: Michael Rother w/Frusciante & Klinghoffer
