Bill Orcutt - A New Way to Pay Old Debts - finally got a hold of a copy of this and Woah! Slices the head off as soon as it starts. Not bad for a four string acoustic guitar. Also love the lo-fi recording. Christ the phone rings after a minute or so on the first track.

Zappa - Uncle Meat

Mary Halvorson Quintet - Saturn Sings. Really like her clean, angular jazzy lines.

Kayo Dot- Choirs of the Eye

Guapo - Black Oni

The Necks - Silverwater.

Stian Westerhaus - Pitch Black Star Spangled.

and new Wire arrived. Only a couple of listens but sounding really good.

After the Orcutt, some minimal/deep listening:

Michael Pisaro/Taku Sugimoto - 2 Seconds, B Minor, Wave

Fennesz/Dafeldecker/Brandilmayr - Till the old worlds blown up and a new one is created.
