I've been tempted to take a punt, but still not done it.
A quick review would be muchly appreciated......Thanks in advance.
I don't know his stuff very well. I have Unfinished Picture because it was originally on Purple Records and is a bit of a folk-rock curio. I guess it is more a folk / art-rock record with touches of Nick Drake / Kevin Ayers / Roy Harper and even Richard Thompson. Some of it sounds like Falco, pre-Glam Bolan and even Spooky Tooth in Ceremony mode. I had a copy of that lp without knowing he was the QJ chap as well. Amazing David Bedford type arrangements. Worth it for that.
Immunity on the other hand is a really good early 80s electronic pop record though the production is really dated. If you like Numan / Tubeway Army and 80s Vangelis then it has a lot going for it.
I don't know his other records at all.
