Art Ensemble Of Chicago - Urban Bushmen
The closest thing you can get to seeing them live in their pomp. Two Roundhouse shows in the early 80s live long in the memory and this is almost as good.

Atrium Musicæ De Madrid - Musique De La Grèce Antique
Utterly mad and at times brilliant record attempting to recreate the party sounds of Ancient Greece.

Sylvian / Fripp - Damage
Fripp has often been shown to have had slightly eccentric taste in singers. Apart from being instrumentally brilliant this perfectly illustrates why Bryan Ferry might once have been in the frame for King Crimson. Possibly Sylvian's least self conscious effort since the first Japan record.

Kate Bush - Aeriel Disc 2 : Sky Of Honey
Her most Prog record and all the better for the sense of no-avenues-barred sensual adventure.

Jellyfish - Bellybutton
One of the all time great Power Pop records. Certainly worthy of consideration alongside Heaven Tonight and In Color. Give it another ten years and maybe they'll finally be as hip as Big Star. Though sainthood remains unlikely while rock critics remain in the dubious thrawl of the musicans with eye-catchingly troubled biographies and lo-fi, polish-free recording techniques.
