I'm sorry to be playing 'devils advocate'... it's not that I have any love for fascists (just the opposite) but I like to try to stop and think about it like a lawyer might... as the BNP has just as much access to the courts as their opposition, it behooves the opposition to strategize in every regard so that there's more than just a public revulsion to their creed- there's got to be well thought out legal tools in place that help stem the BNP's ability to operate without the chance that it could backfire and hurt those that are fighting them.
Of course, England could just do as Germany did after WW2 and make the propagation of fascism a prosecutable crime.
