Sadly yes. As someone has perceptively said elsewhere, "...I suppose all the metal supports and plastic bags will remain so that the interior of that amazing monument will be one more place forever polluted by the wastes of the 20th and 21st centuries."

Not all the metal supports will be left in place but those deemed too dangerous to move will be. It's been suggested that chalk blocks could/should have been used instead of the plastic bags used for the dividing walls - that option was not chosen.
