I agree with you Baza. That's how culture is passed on, and it goes on in every culture I've heard about. Shouldn't we, then, accept that this is inevitable and ask this instead: of what value is the world-view that is being passed on? In the case of Islam, Christianity etc. I'd have to say its of more harm than value. But a sense of wonder to live in a beautiful landscape under a constantly changing sky? It seems to me that that is something that really is worth passing on.
