I like them too - I suppose they might get a bit noisy if you actually lived next door to one but those that I've seen have been right out in the middle of nowhere, and personally I find it hard to imagine they could be noisier than my next door neighbours who are forever engaged in screaming matches with one another and I'm sure that one day they're going to resort to taking lumps out of one another - screaming agro or whirring windfarms? I know what I'd prefer!

They say there isn't enough wind in the country to make wind farms worthwhile - I beg to differ having lived on the coast for six years and having moved inland to get away from the howling gales that descended upon us at regular intervals at any given time of year.

Love Constantine by the way - went there on my hols last year and would seriously love to live in a place like that even if there was a wind farm in the vicinity (which I seem to remember there was, well nearish anyway!)

I shall stop my ramblings now and do something useful, like watch telly...
