Sections of the Commissioners meetings are held back quoting Sections 22, 36 and 43 of the Freedom of Information Act "as the information is held solely for the purposes of publication, disclosure would be likely to be prejudicial to the conduct of public affairs and the information is commercially confidential or a trade secret" which leaves room for creative inclusion though how could we prove it since we don't know what it is?

On the general lack of information or willingness to share, of course as public heritage guardians they have no legal or moral right to maintain such an effectively obstructive culture.

A legal challenge would be one route that would establish it and MP/Ombudsman/possible maladministration finding would be another, but it's all time and expense and quite impracticable.
