Damned gig, Devonshire Downs, Los Angeles. Perhaps 1984. I walk up to the bar to order a drink and this drunk guy with red hair yells out "ELLO LOVELY!" I look over and it's Rat Scabies drunk as hell with an ear to ear grin. Spoke for a bit, drank for a bit, he was nice as could be. Then he got up (amazingly) and showed those drums what they were there for...
