I hope you don't see my comments as criticism of HA or it's policy - that's not what they're meant to be; they're just my opinions of a subject. Personally, I advocate tasers for Nighthawks (and who gave 'em such a romantic name? Sh*tehawks more like!).....but I can see that's probably a bit extreme! ;-)
