Another apt and wonderful quote, Littlestone!

When I was in Carnac, a few years back(2000), they held open air concerts in support of the 'Free The Stones Campaign'. This was aimed at protecting everyones right of access to the megaliths, and the tearing down of uncongrous fences and barriers.

As an aside, I once had a wonderful night on mussels and wine set at an open air concert beside the great stone rows. It was there that I realised the awesome acoustic properties of these allingments. Hairs standing erect at the nape of the neck!!

But that's another thread entitely.
