For me, they never got better than Helicon TBH. Could never understand why my mates raved about them. Seemed to be fairly big indie-wise during the 90's. Select, NME, et al were always ranting on about em'. On paper they should tick all the right boxes for me, but they just lacked that certain mystery something that left me feeling a bit meh! about the whole thing.

Rave Tapes won't change your life, but it's deffo worth a listen. Full album on youtube.
