Girlschool had some cracking tunes and a belting guitar sound, probably a bit of filler there but some diamonds as well, Screaming Blue Murder in particular is very unsung and has some brilliant tunes, has it got Furniture Fire on it, early b-side ,total Kinks rip off but the guitar could kill a buffalo at 10,000 paces
Each to his own and everything but I love Astral Weeks, not a duff track on it, one of those albums that the critics rave about and I can see why. I know what you mean though I've spent years trying to like The Faces but I cannot for the life of me fathom what all the fuss is about
