John The Postman. The version of 'Louie Louie' with the introduction of Mark E. Smith is definitely thee unsung punk. Just like the Julian's version of 'Satisfaction' in Floored Genius 3.

Although not strictly punk by generic definintion, Hanoi Rocks had their fair share of punkazoid classics in their repetoire, probably the best example being the awesome 2 min velocity rush of 'Problem Child'.
