You've "knee-jerked" to "exploitation"...which is off the point I was making. Yes, of course there will be exploitative landlords...like many other folks trying to rip you off - but, being a person who has 2 or more properties...and is "renting out"...is just "business as usual". No-one should feel guilty about having +1 properties...and is using the "+1" to derive some rental income...surely?
