Maybe this is where politically views collide in this group. Re-reading back through this thread, there is a great deal of "defence" being offered by the folks who have more than 1 property, who are clearly uncomfortable backing up their position? As I have said before, I don't have a problem with people owning multiple properties...and as an investment, this cannot be much different than a personal pension scheme.
There seems to be a view on this board that to make money from being a landord is somehow "exploitation"? Strange..why's this any different than any other business?
