I never doubted it.
Moonlit wanderings on the mountians at night, for instance. Spending the night on the hill, and waking to see the clouds scudding across a moonlit sky. Something that stays with you all your life, that is.
Most incredible is wandering the snow-clad fells at night under moonlight. Incredible, and something most people, sadly, never see.
I love the moon, as seen from my back garden.
