This stone, it has been suggested, is unique in English rock art.

There are no doubt lots of stones in museums waiting to be examined by researchers, but they can be examined in the museum, under the ground they cannot.

The sculptor in question has already expressed a wish to examine the aforementioned stone - oh but he can't.
