False modesty. I knew it was a stunner ;)

The thing is, the ergonomic aspect is an actual solid fact, in a sea of speculation. Only it's relevance is speculative :(

Building on the speculation, as a broad rule, does round imply limited workforces whereas rectanglar doesn't?

OK, some of the huge projects were round, but maybe the impact of oval in those cases would have been too enormous, despite the large workforces.

None of which explains why the Pyramids weren't round.
